The Toba Foundation ("TTF," "we," "us") is committed to being clear and honest about how we handle information. This policy covers both this website and TTF's internal administrative tools.
This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect personal information from visitors. If you email or call us using the contact details on this site, we retain that correspondence only as needed to respond to you and to maintain our own records of donor and partner communication.
TTF uses internal software tools, built and operated solely by TTF, that connect to Google services (including Google Sheets) using Google's OAuth authorization system. These tools are used exclusively by TTF's own founder/administrator to:
These tools access only the specific Google Sheets created and owned by TTF for this purpose. They do not access, read, or store data from any other person's Google account, email, or files. No data accessed through these tools is sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than TTF's own internal recordkeeping described above.
Information stored in TTF's internal Google Sheets is retained only as long as it remains useful for TTF's fundraising and partnership recordkeeping. TTF's founder can delete this data at any time by removing it directly from the relevant Google Sheet.
TTF operates as a fiscally sponsored project of Christian Ministry Alliance (CMA), a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Financial oversight of TTF's activities is provided by CMA under that sponsorship arrangement. TTF does not share the data described above with CMA or any other third party as part of these internal tools' operation.
